Vegetarians in History

May 5, 2011

Tomorrow is the AP US exam. Many of us passed the moment where that exam felt monumental, but each year, my students experience the exam prep as difficult and worrisome.  I try to ease their concerns and help them feel prepared, but no matter what I do, the first AP exam always feels the scariest. Once the exam is over, they all realize that the next day is just as important as the previous.

In honor of my students, I thought I would list a few famous vegetarians from world history and present
